When entering the complex you see the unique architecture, a very modern and techy look, also inside the properties you will feel this. There are electric blinds, a lot of spotlights and modern looking glass bathrooms. The front door leads directly into the well equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you walk into the spacious living room with a separate corner for the dining area. The lounge has a comfortable sofa corner and flatscreen TV. From the living area you walk out onto a fantastic spacious terrace. Where there is lots of seating to have a drink comfortably or dine alfresco next to the private plunge pool. On the left of the living room you find the twin room with en-suite bathroom, this room also walks out onto the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with hydro massage. Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000 per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500 notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25 booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30 is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50 for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
