This lovely Estepona beach side semi-detached villa is an excellent property for those looking for a relaxing Spanish-style house, close to everything in Estepona here on the Costa del Sol. This Spanish style house with private and communal gardens to both the front and rear of the property with a large terrace upstairs and easy access to the communal swimming pool. The community gardens are mainly grass and have direct access to the stairs leading to the beach. Upon entering the villa you go directly into a large lounge with a well equipped open plan kitchen to the left. There is also a dining area and smaller lounge behind the central fireplace (not useable for holiday makers). On this level there are two bedrooms with a king size and a double bed. They both have independant air-con units plus the family bathroom includes a shower cabin. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor there is another lounge with a sofa bed which allows up to five guests to stay in the property, a small study and bathroom with another shower cabin. There are patio doors leading to a large terrace with sunbeds and large dining area, a great spot for relaxing with partial sea views. There are stairs leading down to the garden with more seating and a gas powered BBQ, with access through a gate to the communal gardens. From the gardens you can access the swimming pool and stairs directly onto the beach. There is a garden to the front of the house that benefits from the shade of a large tree. There is also a large parking area with ample parking accessed by remote control through electric gates into the complex. The TV provides international channels from all over the world including Sky. Videos on demand for free and series are also available. The property also provides a high speed fibre optic connection with WIFI. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this community.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
