The spacious and bright lounge located on the ground floor has been tastefully decorated and offers plenty of comfortable seating for eight guests and a large flat-screen TV with plenty of international channels (including Sky TV) and a high-speed fibre optic Wifi connection throughout the house. There is an additional dining area for six guests on a side of the lounge. The bright living room opens onto a spacious terrace with extra seating outside for five guests and a well-maintained private garden area with two sun loungers, a fantastic outdoor space to enjoy the sun. On the first floor we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, sink and bidet. The master bedroom is also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and has a balcony with beautiful views over the gardens and sea. The second and third bedrooms also located on the same level are equipped with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom for the second and third bedroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
